Homer and science

As all of you probably already know, today is the day of "The Simpsons

Movie" opening. What is probably not that well known is that the

executive producer Al Jean, the show's head writer is a Harvard

mathematics graduate. He talked to Nature (in the latest edition -

subscribers only) about how to get a laugh out of Euler's formula.
